Speechless…..the menu is the top !
I have no words for the goodness, the quality of the ingredients and the imagination of the dishes. I did not expect to find such an amazing menu in a refuge. All enriched by a dessert menu that is nothing short of fantastic. I haven’t eaten this well in years.
It costs money but is worth every single euro spent!
Exquisite lunch, excellent location
I have been skiing twice at the Santel ski resort and have been able to appreciate the excellent quality of the lunch served at the refuge. Both times the courses were perfect, exquisite buckwheat ravioli, spatlze and veal cheek. The staff is well organised, friendly and fast. In short, really recommended!
Great lunch – cosy modern “superhut”
Modern hut that offers a range of dining options. Perfect for a cappuccino mid-morning or for the traditional long ski lunch from 1pm. Midway down the run from the top of Cima Paganella and at the bottom of piste ‘Nuvola Rossa’. Beautiful dining room with professional table service and a stunning selection of dishes from pastas to dumplings & gnochi. Excellent tiramisu and a rather pleasant pint of Forst Pils to wash it all down with. There’s even a lift downstairs to the loo. Ottimo!
Il Rifugio Dosson é stata una piacevole scoperta.
Abbiamo avuto l’onore di provare il nuovo menù post riapertura. Una vera e propria “food experience” da leccarsi i baffi. Camerieri e servizio ai tavoli impeccabile, tutti molto disponibili e gentili. Se si viene ad Andalo non si può non fare tappa al rifugio Dosson. Grazie ragazzi!
