Have you ever prepared canederli with your own hands? No? Then this workshop is made just for you! Come and cook with our super Chef & his Staff: together we will discover the magical history of canederli, a special dish that was prepared many years ago with leftover bread and a few ingredients… but with a lot of imagination! A true dish for kitchen heroes!
All participants in the workshop will receive a discount on lunch at the Rifugio Dosson (Self Service or Stube), valid for the same day:
