The collaboration with Norway also takes shape at the table, through a fusion menu that brings together iconic Nordic ingredients with the finest Italian and Trentino specialties.

The proposed dishes tell the story of this meeting of cultures:

• Norwegian salmon tartare with Trentingrana gelato and toasted black bread
• Acquerello rice with Treviso radicchio, stockfish, and smoked provola
• Low-temperature cooked halibut with leek, Taggiasca olives, and pine nuts
• Grilled salmon steak with boiled potatoes
